The flat is modern, well-maintained, and located directly opposite the sea, which is definitely its biggest advantage. The sea view and location are lovely. The room and kitchen are both nice, comfortable, and well-equipped. Having a washing machine in the bathroom is also very convenient, especially for a longer stay.
The shower is reasonably good, although it is a little dated and the water pressure is quite low, meaning it takes longer to shower. Overall, the flat has some lovely features, particularly its excellent seafront location.
Unfortunately, the most disappointing aspect of our four-night stay was the lack of cleaning services and fresh bedding and towels.
When booking accommodation for a four-night holiday abroad, we reasonably expected at least one cleaning service during our stay, ideally after two nights. However, we were not informed at the time of booking that no cleaning would be provided. When I requested cleaning, the host declined and explained that cleaning services are only available for stays of five nights or longer. This condition was not clearly mentioned in the Booking.com information when we made our reservation.
Although the host provided some cleaning supplies so that we could clean the apartment ourselves, this was not what we expected during a family holiday. We were also not provided with fresh towels or a change of bed linen throughout our stay. We were expected to use the same bedding and towels for all four nights or wash them ourselves.
When I raised these concerns, the host explained that this was a holiday apartment and that we should expect such arrangements. However, I believe these conditions should be clearly communicated before booking so guests can make an informed decision.
I am sharing this experience to help future guests avoid similar disappointment. If you are considering booking this apartment, I strongly recommend confirming the cleaning arrangements, fresh towel provision, bedding changes and any additional charges with the host before making your reservation.
The apartment itself has some positive features, particularly its lovely seafront location, but the lack of housekeeping and clear communication affected our overall experience. I believe these basic arrangements should be more transparent on Booking.com so guests know exactly what is included in the price they are paying.

świetna lokalizacja, piękny widok z balkonu, przystanek autobusowy i SPAR bardzo blisko, deptak prowadzący do centrum pod nosem, cicha i spokojna okolica a równocześnie blisko do barów, sklepów i kawiarni (ok 500m pięknym deptakiem) wzdłuż zatoki. Zaraz przy kamienicy skalista plaża, na której można się kąpać, jest w miarę dobre zejście do wody

A lot! The location is superb. Just on the outskirts but easily accessible for the nightlife and main boardwalk.
The property is huge - it’s lovely and spacious and clean with everything for a lovely stay.
