Nice Community

The community was very nice and off the beaten track. Although the condos, townhomes and apartments look like they were constructed circa late '80s, early 90's, the community and surrounding grounds were very well maintained.

Entering the vestibule to find the condo entry doors was off putting because the doors are in need of cleaning or painting. The smell of dogs starts there and permeates inside. The smell is very strong especially when you're sitting on the sofa. The balcony was a delight because I could get some fresh air while hanging at the house. Also, there are no views of the harbor from this unit. It overlooks the tennis courts.
