全てです！個人的な感想だと1位はとにかく綺麗、清潔であること、2位は設備の数やシステムやアメニティが合理的で適切だと思われたこと、3位は廊下の音は響きますが部屋同士の声や音や気配は感じず静かに落ち着いて過ごせることです。この新しくて綺麗な状態をスタッフの方々のがんばりと、泊まる客側のがんばりで保たれて欲しいと強く思いました
無いです。共用スペースでよく見る「ここで⚫︎⚫︎しないでください」などの張り紙が増えて行かないようにマナーが守られることを祈るばかり^_^♪

リニューアルされて、施設はきれいだった
新しいのでキレイではあったが、共用部分は特に清掃がイマイチで、埃があったり、窓ガラスが汚れていたり・・・等 手が回りきっていないのか、残念な点が散見された
スタッフが常駐していない前提のスタイルなのは理解できるが、それならそれでもう少し分かりやすいように案内を増やしてほしいと感じた
