Cozy, great location, it has a lot of facilities, feels clean
That the apartment is not maintained, the handles of the shower faucet were broken and therefore hard to use.
The matters weren’t comfortable for us
There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom
The drain in the shower was overflow
The main light bulb above the bad was burned out

Its very cozy and has all what we need for our comfort. Great location with all necessary shops, supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants walking distance. Il definitely recommend this property for their cozy space, super clean and fast response on the communications.
Challenging for those who has a car and look for parking space, it is very difficult to find and when you find is very expensive to keep the whole day until 1 AM

An sich ein gutes Appartement in guter Lage. Es gibt sowohl Waschmaschine als auch Geschirrspüler.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist dermaßen schlecht. Wir saßen 1.5h vor verschlossener Tür, weil uns kein Türcode geschickt wurde und der Vermieter nicht erreichbar war. Erst nachdem wir mit dem Kundenservice von Booking telefoniert hatten, reagierte der Vermieter.
Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage und durch die Lage im Erdgeschoss ist Lüften nachts leider auch nicht so ideal.
