This is a truly beautiful and charming place, full of history and character, located very close to Monet’s house. The property is absolutely stunning, with a small stream running around the house and animals such as pigs and chickens adding to its peaceful, countryside atmosphere. The views from the windows are simply breathtaking!
The owners are incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. Breakfast was generous and delicious, with a wonderful variety of options to choose from.
However, one significant concern during our stay was the number of insects that appeared to be kissing bugs in both the bathroom and our bedroom. This was quite unpleasant and is something the owners really need to investigate and address with proper pest control.
Despite this issue, the property is remarkable, and its beauty, history, location, and warm hospitality make it a very special place. With the insect problem resolved, it would be an absolutely fantastic place to stay!
