The location is perfect, close to Brundall Gardens train station. It allowed easy access to Norwich and Bewilderwood is 20 min away by car. The outdoor space with a big table and chairs was very useful in the summer.
The cleaners took great care of the visible surfaces, but underneath the furniture there was a lot of garbage. Also, it looks like the property is not vacant very often, and with not much ventilation the dampness is felt in the air, especially in the bathroom.

Large table in the garden and kitchen.
The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, the 4th bedroom was the lounge so we were unable to use it as a lounge. The whole place needed a deep clean, cobwebs everywhere.
