A few days at the fringe festival

The location was great for exploring the city especially during the fringe festival with plenty of amenities nearby. The apartment provided a good base. Communication with the provider was timely and responsive. Problems were acknowledged and dealt with.

The apartment is tight on space for 5 adults and the kitchen didn't have adequate equipment to cater for such a group. The apartment had a certain charm but we felt it needed a little love and attention.

If all you need is a great location, then OK

Clean sheets and floors; easy to get in once the key codes were provided. Very close to everything.

Next to busy road with all sounds making into the apartment (sirens, bar hoppers at all hours could be heard). The pictures are misleading and feel very doctored; the place is in rough shape. Creaky floors and doors throughout. Nonfunctional oven. Intermittent hot water and bathroom sink that struggles to drain. Fridge barely cools and is super tiny. No place for luggage, so you’re basically living off the floor. Dingy walls and peeling paint. Stained couches. Very slow wifi; TV won’t connect to any app. Narrow staircase to get up to apartment. Pretty expensive; you’re paying for location only.
