We really enjoyed the beautiful location and the apartment itself. It was clean, comfortable, and very well located, with restaurants and grocery stores just a short distance away.
We also loved having access to the club and all of its amenities. The pools right in front of the apartment were especially nice and a great option for relaxing and enjoying time with the family.
There were some areas where clearer communication would have made our stay much more enjoyable. We were not given clear information about the specific areas of the beach where guests were permitted to stay, and we were approached twice by a beach guard and told that we could not remain in the areas where we had set up. This was quite unpleasant and could easily have been avoided if the beach guidelines had been clearly explained in the check-in instructions.
We also did not receive any information regarding pool or beach towels. It would have been very helpful to know in advance that guests were expected to bring their own, so we could have planned accordingly.
Overall, we would have appreciated more detailed and clearly communicated instructions before and upon arrival.
