Per total, am avut o experiență foarte plăcută și aș acorda cazării nota 9/10 pentru amplasare și facilități. Casa este foarte bine dotată: are mașină de spălat vase, mașină de spălat rufe, cuptor cu microunde, suporturi pentru uscarea hainelor după plajă și fier de călcat. Terasa ne-a fost foarte utila, iar locația este foarte spațioasa. De asemenea, este situată foarte aproape de majoritatea punctelor de interes din Nikiti.
La sosire am găsit curățenie, însă există câteva aspecte care ar putea fi îmbunătățite. Fierul de călcat era plin de calcar și curgea, astfel că ne-a fost destul de greu să îl folosim. În a patra zi, când s-a făcut din nou curățenie, am fi apreciat să fie folosit și aspiratorul. Am fi aspirat chiar noi, însă aparatul disponibil nu funcționa. De asemenea, unele prosoape aveau pete și urme, motiv pentru care partea de curățenie și întreținere ar merita puțin mai multă atenție.
Cu aceste mici îmbunătățiri, cazarea ar putea fi excelentă. În ansamblu, ne-au plăcut foarte mult locația și facilitățile oferite.
Nu ne-au plăcut câteva aspecte care ar putea fi îmbunătățite:
* Fierul de călcat era plin de calcar și curgea, fiind dificil de folosit.
* Aspiratorul nu funcționa, așa că nu am putut face noi curățenie atunci când a fost nevoie.
* Prosoapele nu erau foarte curate, unele dintre ele având pete și urme.

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time here. I stayed with my wife, our one-year-old child, my nephew, and my brother-in-law, and the place was perfect for our family.
Everything was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pool was lovely and a great addition to our stay, and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. There was plenty of space for everyone, which made the stay especially relaxing with a small child.
The host was fantastic—very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We felt comfortable and well taken care of from the beginning.
Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a clean, spacious, and comfortable place to relax.

We had completely separate rooms, two bathrooms, it was relatively close to the beach, we had a barbecue, a dishwasher and a washing machine, air conditioning in all rooms and in the living room, enough hot water, and good water pressure.
There were some small areas that were not clean, the small towels were quite worn out, the air conditioning filter was full of dust, the swimming pool was too small, the garbage truck was making noise every morning at 6:00 AM and woke us up, and the kitchen was not very well equipped.
Considering that we paid €2,000 for 5 nights, I found it quite expensive; at this price, everything should have been outstanding. In my opinion, the fair price would have been around €1,500.
