Property is new and clean, well maintained and very close to the city center.
The parking situation - I didn’t like the fact that on the posting it says that there is parking and when we arrived there, not only that there was not any parking, but apparently there are some specific parking rules after specific hours and if you happen to even pass by accident the street where the accommodation is, there is a surveillance camera which could take a picture of you and give you a fine. I understand the rules but I think this is the host responsibility to inform you in advance about this restrictions in order for you to not get fine. Most of the people are foreigners and most likely they do not know about the strict parking rules in the city. On a separate note, which has nothing to do with the accommodation, parking in Catania is not very safe so you gotta be cautious about where you park your rental.
Also, the host could probably do something about better isolation of the windows as the rooms are on the main boulevard and it’s very loud even during the night.

Bella stanza moderna, check in a distanza e apertura porte con codice, buona la posizione a due passi dal centro e zona tranquilla

Gyönyörű lakás, szuper helyen, minden fontosabb dolog gyalog is elérhető. Ragyogó tisztaság, minden nap takarítva, törölközők cserélve, a kis nasis-kv-tea rész minden nap feltöltve, 2 vizet kaptunk minden nap a hűtőbe bekészítve.
