Excellent location.
Customer service was great on the first day with small issues that were rectified promptly.
No bath towels provided.
There is no dishwasher in the apartment even though it's listed. No problem for us as my dishwasher was my husband lol. We alerted the manager that the toilet seat was very loose and quite dangerous but never received a response.

The location is excellent, just one minute walk to the station. Great parking. The property has lots of windows giving natural light. Great storage in the kitchen. Floors are very creaky though! We could hear the trains arriving and departing and we loved this. It didn't disturb us in the night. The biggest plus was looking out the window and seeing ponies and donkeys right outside!
The door to the building was very difficult to open. At times we worried we might not get in. It took a lot of force and perseverance. Other times it was fine and opened with no difficulties.

Ideal location in Brockenhurst, especially for using the train. Really comfortable, quiet appartment, with everything we needed for a few days in The New Forest.
We accidentally locked ourselves out with the keys left inside and the company were great at responding quickly and getting another set of keys to us within 30 minutes - thank you!
It was fine for us but anyone with mobility issues would struggle with the stairs to enter the appartment - only negative I can think of.

Good location for station and functional.
Feels a bit like student halls with some signage, kitchen could be better equipped and beds not comfortable for tall people.
