What a brilliant stay!
The whole setup was absolutely fantastic, and the photographs genuinely do not do it justice. Once you close the door behind you, you could be anywhere. It's a real escape.
A special thank you to Alaine and Tony, and a big shout-out to Dan for making our stay so memorable.
Unfortunately, we experienced an overbooking issue through no fault of the site team and lost a day from the 2 days originally booked and paid for. We had booked via Booking.com, while another couple had booked the same dates through Airbnb and arrived just 20 minutes before us. (The Yanky Booking Manager... sort yourself out, lad!)
Despite the situation, Dan could not have been more helpful, friendly, or accommodating in finding a solution. Their professionalism and genuine care turned what was a stressful experience into something we hardly gave a second thought, after arriving back the next day.
The team were also kind enough to show us some of the other rooms on site, and every one of them looked incredible. Safe to say we'll definitely be back to try another one.
Thanks again to everyone for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!
