Everything in the hotel is brand new, including the beds and bedding. We liked absolutely everything. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful: as we had a late flight, they kindly kept our luggage until the evening. The location, just a few minutes' walk from the Bund, is perfect.
Nothing, everything was perfect.

The hotel is very modern and gives you all the luxury from home. Dyson hair-dryer, free washing and dying, bed is so comfortable, latex pillow, free snacks and drinks topped up daily.
The location is perfect, the staff very friendly and professional. Breakfast is amazing.

Absolutely nothing, I couldn't fault this hotel at all.
