Avoid if you value your health and good sleep.

Good location, close to the centre.

Smell of humidity in the room, noise from the outside - you can hear every sound from the street, it is impossible to stay there over night. Black mildew inside the main A/C unit, old basement wall behind the bed that was also humid. Shower installed in the way that all of the water go over the toilet (no cover). For the second day I left the room to change for another location.
