We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shelley Cove. The studio apartment is located within the beautiful Shelley Point Estate and has its own private entrance, which made our stay feel both comfortable and private. There is also secure on-site parking available, which was very convenient.
The host was absolutely lovely and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The apartment itself was cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious, featuring both a large bathtub and a walk-in shower.
The kitchenette was perfect for a short stay and included a microwave, kettle, toaster, and bar fridge. Complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar were also provided, which was a thoughtful touch.
Outside, there is a lovely little garden area to enjoy, and being within the estate means you have access to the beach as well as the golf course. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful location made for a relaxing getaway.
We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend Shelley Cove to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing escape.
There wasn't anything we disliked about our stay. The only thing worth mentioning is that there are no cooking or braai facilities available. This wasn't an issue for us, but guests who are planning to prepare meals or enjoy a braai during their stay may want to keep this in mind when booking.
