Very new and well equipped, beautiful view to the glacier. The lodge is big enough for 4 adults and we requested sofa bed at a small additional cost - worked out really well. The ground floor and upper floor have really good privacy with separate bathrooms and kitchens. Staff very responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend.
The kitchen needs better ventilation. The road to the lodges were still a bit rocky needed some work.

It was very comfy, clean, new, functioning. We used the kitchen and TV etc.
Shower water pressure could be enhanced. The beds were a little flat

It’s very comfortable, it’s very cozy and it has all the great features of a lodge, as most places at this price have in Iceland, but this place stands out because of the view. The magnificent glacier just outside the window.. it is absolutely stunning.
We even got to see the northern lights.. Very grateful for the opportunity to stay there.
