Great location, property spotless, compact and efficient
If able to accommodate guest parking it would be really helpful as whole road outside has a cycle lane

The Annexe is bright and well-fitted out for two people, and is only a 5-minute walk from Barton clifftop where there is a selection of coffee shops and the chance to walk miles with a view of the nearby Isle of Wight.. The property is on the bus route between Lymington and Bournemouth. It has it's own private outdoor area (no view) for good weather. We especially appreciated the 'welcome pack' of bread, milk, eggs and biscuits.
We would have liked a bread knife and small sharp knife to be supplied, but other than that everything we needed for our short stay was there..

Although we didn't actually meet Sam, we did meet her Mum who was lovely! The Annexe is a clean, very comfortable place to stay, in a brilliant position for many things.
Sam provided a few edible bits and milk which was very kind.

Good design, good facilities, excellent location, very clean and modern
Entrance area a bit barren and claustrophobic. Would have preferred to park on site.
