One of the very best properties we've ever stayed at, especially in Gainesville. It looks exactly as the photos and a lot of pride and care is evident in this home. Beautifully furnished, comfy and cozy bedrooms with nice beds and bedding/pillows and all the extra nice touches - robes (!), luggage stands, sound machines, ample power sources, coasters, you name it. Bathrooms also very well stocked with nice towels and hotel-style individual shampoo/conditioner/soap/lotions. Plenty of extra supplies for paper products, too. We didn't cook but the kitchen is very well stocked as well including a nice dual coffee machine and a lovely supply of K-cups, creamers, etc. Huge TVs for living room and both bedrooms, smart thermostat/doors, etc.
Great location for proximity to many areas, you can see The Swamp restaurant and University Ave, Sorority Row and the campus are an easy walk . It was a good spot for our UF game day and sorority parent weekend visit.
Excellent communication with the host before, during and after our stay as well. We'll be back!!
