Fantastic location, a beautiful building and spotlessly clean
Nothing we didn’t particularly like, it was just things like the fridge handle had come off, one of the toilet seats wasn’t fixed onto the toilet , and one of the sofas in the living room seemed rather fragile , we thought it was going to collapse when sitting on it, but none of this impacted on the quality of our stay

Fantastic location, easy handling of access and lovely space.
A few small things; handle of the fridge had been broken and was dumped on the top of it, fork in the sink, hoover sat in the kitchen as there was no space in the storage cupboard.

Absolutely amazing flat felt so comfortable and felt like it was at home relaxed at tea time
Nothing at all couldn’t say one bad word

Looking at it, its a beautifully layed out apartment fancy.
Look beyond the decor and there was fag ash all over the sofa and pile on the floor under sofa ( and it says its a non smoking apartment) could even smell it in the bin bag.
Bedding had blood on 1 ( owner said cleaner had cut finger plaster came off didnt realise it was there) makeup stain and hair on the other like they hadnt been changed. The owner had her sister the cleaner come out changed the bed and apologised. The beds were changed nice and clean afterwards yes.
But.
The big clunk ball of hair was still on the floor in main suite hadnt been cleaned. The fag ash was still under the sofa on the floor, the toilet matt was rolled up the wall with tissue under it ( i wasnt sure if previous people had kids that weed on it or something so i left it there) there were open sweets on the floor in the 2nd bedroom didnt get to take pic as mother picked up and threw them thinking my daughter or sons but they was there when i got in as we had no snacks on us.
There was poo stains inside the toilet which we cleaned ourself when used the toilet first time. Tobacco all across cushions on the 2nd sofa closest to the tv. Still there after cleaner had been in.
I dont normally do reviews and she was very apologetic. But i just feel that wasnt acceptable it should be to high standards when people are staying overnight my day had already been very stressful to get into the room and thats what i was given. If cleaned properly and everything done to standard i would be 5*. The one thing that would stop me going again would be the 4+ flights of stairs to the top wasnt easy with a toddler and a pram.
