The house was perfect, super clean, great communication with host. The location is very central, exciting neighborhood yet quiet in the apartment. Really can't stress enough how nice the inside is, kitchen is top of the line and gorgeous, couch is so comfy and massive, beds were so nice, linens soft, pillows were great, AC is strong. Literally everything was perfect, thank you Pearl!!!!
The only small drawback is that there are only two bathrooms and one of them inside the only closed bedroom. This didn't affect my group too much because we are very close and kept the doors open. But it could mean one bathroom is harder for people to access. It didn't bother us much, everything was perfect and we were sad to leave!

Located in the heart of Nolita, this loft-style apartment is bright, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out. Just two blocks from the B/D/J/M trains, it’s perfectly positioned among some of downtown Manhattan’s best cafés, bars, and restaurants—ideal for both comfort and lifestyle.
