Room 702 was the best room I have been in since my hotel stay July 2026
I will highly recommend this place to friends and family.
It was too high up.
I would prefer same room, but lower floors (2/3/4)
Also, more comfortable chair/seat and table for balcony.
I like to drink coffee and view the city in the morning.
Everything else was great.

We spent three nights in a deluxe room of the 10th floor with a city view. Our room was clean, comfortable and included a coffee maker and a safe box. Check in and out was possible online which made things faster upon arrival and departure. The personnel was friendly. A total 150$ deposit was requested for 3 nights, but was returned within a day. The breakfast was included in our price, it had an acceptable variety of options including bagels, eggs, pastries, dairy, coffee etc. We don’t have any comment for room service since we didn’t need something in particular, neither for the hotel’s rooftop which we didn’t get to visit. Commuting to Central Manhattan was around 20 minute trip using the subway and for the lowest parts a 25 to 30 minute walk. Other than that, Chinatown has many options for food and drinks which covered our needs. The hotel is overall recommended, especially if you’re looking for a place around Chinatown to stay at.
Breakfast was offered in -1 floor, which was a quite dark place without any windows or physical light. As for the price, of course there are more affordable places, located more centrally in Manhattan but the view from our window really compensated for the price.
