Locatie en ruimte appartement was goed
De installatie maakte dag en nacht een vervelend geluid, en ging steedsluider. Dit is mijn inziens al langer gaande, tijd door Host om op te lossen!

La struttura era comodissima, per via del numero di stanze e bagni, pulitissima e fresca. Posizione molto strategica.

This is a large, brand new apartment, with a well-designed interior that matches the images. The location in Como is great. It’s great that a few capsules for the dishwasher and the washing machine are provided.
We would have rated it an 8, maybe even a 9, if it weren’t for the airco/boiler unit that made loud, piercing whistling/whining noises that could be heard throughout the house, at regular intervals, day and night. We stayed there from 22nd - 24th of August. Although ihost was quick to respond initially, this was not followed up, although they said “they would get back to us”. We only stayed two nights, so not worth us spending too much time on it, but it was not pleasant. They also suggested they had not had complaints about this before, even though previous ratings (that we read just before we got there) indicated otherwise.
Suggestion for improvement, in addition to fixing the issues with boiler/AC.
The kitchen/dining room was nice and large, but acoustically terrible. A few acoustic panels and pieces of felt on the legs of the chairs would do wonders.
Properly fix a few (covers of the) electricity sockets.
Adding a dish cloth to dry dishes would have been a nice touch, especially as the dishwasher does not dry the dishes very well.
Provide an explanation how to adjust the airco. Each room has a settings panel, but they did not seem to respond to anything we did.
Double-check cleaning. The apartment was clean, but one toilet had visible urine stains on the seat cover, despite having a "guaranteed hygiene" wrapper around it.
