Upon arrival the power was off in the unit. It was 100° inside with tiny windows units. The refrigerator was off and hot inside. We can for our Anniversary for 4 nights, with loaded coolers and no where to put them because it took hours to get the power back on and cool down the unit. Once the power was restored, we brought in our belongings, and decided to take our dinner to the pool to cool down and eat. The pool was 1/3 of the way down the wall. So it had not been serviced or maintained! The OWNER was there living on sight. He came out and tried to put a hose in to bring the water level up, but this would take a long time. We left and went back to the unit, tried to enter with the code but the battery in the lock was dead. We had to call tgem and get a code to the locked box to get an actual key for entry. The next morning the pool gate was locked 🔒 so no pool to go into on day 2. On day 3, I messaged them about the grill that was listed in the description, they told me after 6 hours of waiting that it was behind the dumpster! We were trying to have a pleasant Anniversary dinner, by the pool in the place we picked from the description and pictures that were provided by the owner. I was told to look by the dumpster for the grill. It was broken and disgusting covered in tree limbs, with no gas tank! I brought 100.00 filet mignons with me to cook, and they weren't going on that! The whole trip was ruined by an unkempt, nasty, and just poorly managed rental. I have No recommendations for this place other than NO, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! When I asked for a partial refund, they offered 46.00, our stay was almost 600.00! This is not where you want to be! Keep looking until you find the right place with a good fit!! THIS IS NOT IT TRUST ME!!
