AMAZING!

The location, the view it offered, it was very clean and perfect for me and my family.

The trash chute could’ve been bigger LOL. Was hard to get my trash bag down that!!

Horrible service trumps great location everytime!

The location was fantastic. Great view of the beach and property. Would have loved to be able to use the closet but it was being used as storage for cleaning equipment.

The staff was not coordinated. They didn't leave our parking passes or pool armbands so we were threatened that we would be ticketed for parking on the location and not allowed access to pool until we recieved both. We complained about out sink in the master being clogged and the TV in the master not working properly. We set up times for them to send someone and on both occasions they sent them earlier than we scheduled. This created a problem because my wife was on a working vacation and conference calls while looking after our special needs grandson. The appointment times were important to adhere too so that I could be in the room. The first maintenance guy they sent was just rude and accusatory after he heard our grandson making barking noises when he knocked on the door and assumed it was a dog, it was not. The second maintenance guy showed up at 4:15 when we scheduled him to come at 5, we missed him because we were at the pool (they brought the pool passes the 2nd day) when they tried to reach us and said he was at the door and would wait 5 minutes. We spent a great deal of our time on the phone with many different agents, one who was extremely rude and condenscending. He actually told my wife we were "overreacting and that other guest enjoyed the experience there." Totally unacceptable. We are home now (4 days) still waiting on Julie to respond to our request for a consession on our payment in exchange the horrible service. On our follow-up call the agent still is giving us pushback on our consession request. He actually said the sink and TV were fine, that is a total lie and coverup, I've been in IT for over 16 years and am extremely proficient with electronics, the TV would not get a signal. We will never use or recommend this rental property ever again on our return to Destin.

Safety, comfort, value, and nice amenities.

I loved gated security. And prime location very close to the beach. The property was neat and I loved the large parking spaces. It fit my SUV perfectly.

Everything was pleasant.
