We had a great stay here – super easy to check in and get up the stairs into the room. The space matched the photos and although it was a small unit, we had a comfortable stay. Wifi was great and we had no problem taking video calls for work. The free washers and dryers on the 1st floor were super convenient and it was great to have the vending machines there too for a quick beverage. Better yet, the 7-11 was directly across from the property and was perfect for quick meals, snacks and drinks. We really enjoyed the location as it was an easy 30-minute stroll to the happening spots in Shinjuku and we found some great places to eat in the area within 10 minutes walking to the Takadanobaba Station area as well as the Shin-Okubo Station area. Transport connections from Takadanobaba, Shin-Okubo, Okubo stations were easy and convenient.
A full-length mirror would have been helpful as well as some hooks or small shelves on the wall as there was not much room for our things around the unit.

Die Lage war super und der Empfang sehr nett. An Austattung hat man auch das Nötigstes an dem was man braucht auch eine kostenlose Möglichkeit zum Wäsche waschen & Trocknen
Kein Aufzug ( mit Koffern in den 4.Stock ), Unterkunft hat einen Fernsehr mit Netflix aber keine gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeit vor dem Fernsehr, ein Zimmer bestand aus den exakten Maßen des Bettes also kein Abstellplatz im Raum und in der Wohnung allgemein sehr begrenzt.

La literie est confortable et les pièces sont jolies
Il manquait du rangement, de quoi faire la vaisselle, il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude à l’évier.
C’est petit mais mieux optimiser ça pourrait être plus agréable
