The location was perfect for us and the hosts were extremely accommodating! We needed additional towels and they were delivered in minutes
The plug in gave me a headache and caused me to be stuffed up. I never understand why Airbnb owners use these as they are toxic and poisonous to the environment

I like how they emailed me to ask if I needed anything. A phone # vs. An email would be preferred for reply. The cleanliness of the unit. The spa shampoo, soap etc. In the shower. Bathroom products were nice.
Microwave stop working after one use. No one on site as a contact person. I spilled water in the elevator and didn't know who to tell for clean up. Wasn't sure if I left something in the room, don't know who to call. The hallway smelled funny
