Clean and safe. Lively to have the gym, kitchen, washing machine! Location is excellent for transportation, next to Union station and many bus lines. Excellent response time to messages (perhaps some by AI? 😊)
The AC in our first room did not work properly. OK, things don't always work, but it took 4 uncomfortable nights before they finally gave up and moved us to a different room (which was excellent) Walls are thin, we could hear the neighbors.

Location is the best thing for sure

So close to Union Station & neighborhood felt safe enough to walk around in daylight hours. The apartment was basic and kind of modern & cool with refurbished industrial interior. Not as comfy as seen in picture. Could have used some rugs and wall art to warm it up. Initially it felt clean.
Our's overlooked garbage bins . Walls not insulated enough and could hear neighbors as if we shared the same apartment. Windows were tethered and not easily accessible to fire escape. The last nite we had a large cockroach in bathroom which I could have saddled and rode down the sidewalk so we couldn't sleep well knowing we "weren't alone." Reported it to management and they did give a $75 refund. Would not stay here again.
