Wonderful clean property, felt like brand new!! Loved staying here and would come back again. Convenient location, house had everything you need. Washing machine & dryer combined into 1, kitchen utensils (microwave, kettle etc). Easy to check in, parking was right in front and seamless.

过道的气味可能跟民宿本身无关，但可能影响入住体验，希望多通风除味。

The arrangement is quite smooth with the code to open the door, has a prearranged parking space and all the necessary facilities. It is easy for departure as well with no check out needed. The flat is clean and tidy.
The trush arrangement could have been clearer. We notice the file booklet has some descriptions but we are not sure we fully understand it. Since we are staying for 4 nights, the trush cannot be just left in the flat even though it is not completely full but we tried to leave it outside in the corridor like some other residents but it was not pickec up. Some we ended up disposing it outside in the trust collection point.
The second thing is the toilet but we understand this is quite typical in Japan apartments. After visiting the toilet, we prefer to wash our hands at once with soap but this is not the arrangment here.
