Das Apartment ist super sauber und gepflegt, außerdem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist gut, es ist alles da, die Küche ist allerdings sehr klein. Macht aber nichts weil man in Wien an jeder Ecke tolle Sachen zu essen bekommt😊 die Lage ist super, sehr schöne Gegend und gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Die Mariahilferstraße ist zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist super nett und wenn irgendwas ist kann man ihn jederzeit kontaktieren.
Noch ein Plus: sehr bequemes Boxspringbett. Und das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer ist auch bequem.
Es hat mit dem Apartment selbst nichts zu tun und ich hätte es auch nicht gedacht, weil es in einer ruhigen Straße liegt, aber es ist doch recht viel Verkehrslärm von der großen Straße in der Nähe. Hört man aber nur wenn die Fenster auf sind.

位置很棒，在教堂后面，晚上从窗户看出去，有种很特别的氛围感。房子虽然在较老的建筑里，但这不是重点，因为内部完全都是新的，家具也都很好，沙发椅很舒服。对于夏天连续住几天来说，洗衣机还带烘干，带来很大的便利。最重要的是，房东太棒了，一些细节的生活物品都准备好了，热情讲解介绍每个设备的使用方法，担心我们看不懂德语。我房屋密码错误多次锁住了，有问题也立马耐心解决。总而言之，很满意，性价比也高，如果再次到维也纳，我很乐意再次入住

It has a washer dryer which I required. Completed 3 loads of laundry. It’s a one bedroom apartment. Toilet and shower are separated. It has small kitchen but we never use it co busy exploring Vienna. Great location. Tram n train stations are nearby. Billa mini market is also near.
No air conditioner. It may not be comfortable during hot weather.
