Exceptional customer service, Mr. Felicio was so concerned to provide the best service and also the cleaning lady, Cleida. The room was big, comfy bed, and the TV with free streamings. I was lucky to have the whole apartment for me for a few days.
It started with a few problems like late check-in and a complicated neighbor, but they managed to solve all problems and the communication was very easy and quick. They even found some belongings I forgot, and I successfully recovered. The shared bathroom could be cleaner, but acceptable.

I loved the room! Really comfortable bed, clean, smelling so good, amazing smart TV with all streamings, plenty of space and storage. They let me do a super early check-in, that was so helpful and kind!
Only one bathroom/toilet, so you could need to wait. Everything was great in the apartment, but the bathroom/toilet could be cleaner!

Localização, vista e cozinha. A limpeza também.
Nada a apontar.
