I don't usually rate somewhere so high, but this accommodation is exceptional!
From the host (Roberta) communication and assistance, to the property itself... And the location. It's just absolutely perfect.
Nestled down a cobbled street with a view of the Forum from the main door, the house sits back behind a private gate with a patio style garden. We didn't use the garden which was such a shame, but if we'd been there longer we would have.
I travelled with my husband and 16 Yr old son and the house was plenty big enough for us to feel like we had space of our own.
The house was decorated to such a high standard, particularly the 3 bathrooms. A small kitchen area with the fanciest kettle I've ever seen 🤣 a SMEG coffee machine and a phone docking station. There was everything you could possibly need.
The bed was extremely comfortable and the living room and bedroom are air conditioned.
It's so close to the Forum and Colosseum that we could pop back to use the bathroom and cool down for 15 minutes without going out of our way at all between sight seeing stops.
There are so many small, highly rated restaurants very close by too, so no shortage of places to stop and eat.
I genuinely cannot recommend this property highly enough, and I fully intend to stay there again when we next visit Rome.

Booking.com likes you to say what you didn't like and I'm struggling to find something, so the only thing I can think of is that in amongst all the tea options, I couldn't find English Breakfast! 😂

L’appartamento è veramente bello, già dalle foto lasciava intravedere la sua bellezza, ma dal vivo è ancora meglio. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli, spazi distribuiti molto bene e posizione molto strategica. Nonostante sia in pieno centro la mattina si sentono gli uccelli!!
