The apartment is really clean and even though outdated, still everything was found. Customer service is what stands out . Lorenzo was so kind and professional also through chat it was easy to get my questions answered. The location is amazing and close to everything sights and shops . Centeral and close to everything yet it is quiet and we slept well. Air conditioning works just don't turn more than one appliance at once to avoide power cut.
For me personally stairs were not a problem but I was surprised by it and it was an issue for my friend. If you have an accessibility issue, climbing multiple times a day might be a challange

La ubicación es ideal para estar cerca de muchos monumentos. El personal muy agradable y atento. Estuvimos dentro de la habitación muy cómodos.

Great location in the middle of the old town, super close to bus connections, to the Pantheon, Piazza Navona and many restaurants, bars, etc. -- Very charming little flat, too! Easy check-in with a friendly employee and very good contact with the company who was always available for questions etc. I do recommend staying here!
Be warned, the flat is on the 4th/5th floor (107 steps in total) with no elevator/lift. Do not book this if you have a problem with climbing a lot of stairs.
