This rv offers a large outdoor TV,cooler and grill. Perfect for entertaining, tailgating and all of this is all ready setup and ready to use.
The private bedroom offers a very nice queen bed with memory foam mattress lots of closet space,TV and it's own independent heat and ac controls.
The restroom offers a Nice large corner shower with endless hot water plenty of counter space with a sink and a large vanity, plenty of light for getting ready. The porcelain toilet is in a separate private room and has its own sink.
There is a convenient washer dryer combo in the hall just behind 2 two doors for those longer stays or when needed.
The kitchen offers a brand new full size residential refrigerator, A 3 burner stove top, a full size convection microwave, large solid surface counter top with a nice size double sink and table for 2 that expands to have room for 2,additional people.
The living offers a sofa that easily folds out to a bed for 2 kids or possibly 2 adults.
There a two tvs one is a 65" 4k smart TV with a working electric fireplace just below it for those cool or rainy nights. The 2nd is a 32" TV just above the drivers seat with a surround sound system.

Things to consider .
This is a very large and heavy RV. ALL potential renters MUST have experience driving a rv of this size and be comfortable doing so. They also must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver's license.
The rv requires a 12'6" minimum clearance
Rv will have a full tank of fuel for you and must be returned with a full tank
There is a stick limit of 500 miles max distance from pickup location during the rental time. This doesn't mean you can only drive 500 miles total on your trip it only means the 500 miles is the max distance allowed. So yes you can still take this rv to places like Gatlinburg for example.
