Localização, conforto e comunicação. Voltarei aqui nas próximas estadias!

Nas minhas viagens, o mais essencial são três pontos: conforto para dormir; localização e a comunicação com o host. Esses 3 pontos foram nota 10 aqui! Principalmente a comunicação com a host, sempre muito solicita e receptiva. Isso faz toda a diferença na jornada de quem está viajando, principalmente sozinho, como eu. Consegui dormir muito bem todas as noites, sem barulho. E a localização foi ótima para mim porque era perto de tudo o que eu precisava fazer em Manaus.

Seria legal colocar cortinas black out. Daria um up na acomodação, principalmente de manhã que acaba ficando claro.

Séjour désagréable car le logement n'est pas conforme aux commentaires!

Les deux seuls points positifs de ce logement sont sa localisation (même si le quartier est mal fréquenté la nuit) et la qualité de la litterie.

Il est important de préciser que ce « studio » est en réalité un ancien CABINET DENTAIRE réaménagé en hébergement, ce qui n’apparaît pas clairement dans l’annonce. La salle de bain et la cuisine sont extrêmement PETITES : la douche est installée directement au-dessus du lavabo, sans eau chaude, et l’insonorisation de la salle de bain est très mauvaise. La propreté et le confort laissent également à désirer : nous avons trouvé deux CAFARDS et un LEZARD dans la chambre. Quant à la sécurité, la porte d’entrée ne nous a pas particulièrement rassurés, malgré la présence d’une grille que nous ne pouvions d’ailleurs pas fermer nous-mêmes. Enfin, notre check-out à 5h du matin a été particulièrement désagréable : la porte d’entrée de l’immeuble était verrouillée et l’hôte avait oublié de nous indiquer que la clé permettant de sortir se trouvait sur le trousseau que nous avions déjà déposé dans la boîte à clés devant l’appartement. Ce logement peut éventuellement dépanner pour une nuit, mais notre expérience est très éloignée des commentaires particulièrement élogieux que nous avions lus avant de réserver. Au vu de notre séjour, nous ne le recommandons pas! D'autres options d'hôtels, pour le même prix (ex: Rede Andrade Amazonia) sont préférables!

Anfitriã educada e gentil, o local limpo e muito cheiroso, muito confortável e bem localizado, inclusive é próximo do Teatro Amazonas e os demais atrativos turiscos do centro.
