Strangers entered our apartment while we slept. Two days later, we were robbed of all our valuable items !!!
Nothing.
During our stay, we were robbed our belongings, especially two MacBooks, a handbag containing a passport and keys, and €350 in cash. However, the warning signs were there from the very first day but nothing was done to increase our safety.
On our first afternoon, while we were napping, two individuals entered the apartment without any prior notice or warning, twice within the span of one hour. When we alerted the host, we were simply told they were cleaning staff. We had no way to verify this, and no apology was offered for the intrusion into our privacy and safety while we were asleep.
The theft was discovered on the evening of May 23rd upon returning to the apartment. What followed was an incredibly stressful and complicated situation: going to the police station, having to return to France without a passport, without keys to our home, and without our work laptops has caused enormous disruption to our personal and professional lives. The administrative process of replacing a passport alone is lengthy and costly, and working remotely became impossible overnight.
Despite all of this, the host’s response was severely lacking. We were never offered alternative accommodation and were forced to spend the night in the apartment where the robbery had taken place. After multiple requests, only 2 out of 5 nights were reimbursed, and as of today, we are still waiting for a compensation for the valuables stolen.
We strongly advise future guests to think twice before booking this property. This stay cost us far more than the price of the booking : we left without a passport, our laptops, or our peace of mind.

Preis- Leistung ist in Ordnung
Die Lage ist super
Es könnte komfortabler sein. Es wäre schön gewesen wenn es in den Zimmern ein TV-Gerät gegeben hätte.
