Quartier très calme, très agréable, avec pt commerces de proximité, emplacement de la voiture au pied de l'appartement et criques,plages à 10 mn à pied.
Appartement coquet et fonctionnel de prime abord mais confort de vie limite :la literie était raide (pas de tête de lit, coussins très durs,) canapé pas confortable, 2 verres à pieds seulement, tancarville pour le linge mais pas d'épingles...
Quelques capsules de café d'avance pour nous aider à démarrer le séjour auraient été un petit détail d'un accueil plus chaleureux ainsi qu'un lit fait avec des draps repassés.
Et enfin arrêtez lors du premier accueil de commencer la visite en expliquant comment faire le jour du départ.

Groot, gezellig appartement. Leuk terrasje. Parkeerplaats voor de deur. Ligging bij de oude stad (iets verder van Saint Malo zelf).

Charmant appartement bien situé au calme. Qui offre tout ce qu il fait pour un court ou long séjour.
La déco est jolie, l accès est facile, un grand plus le parking.

The location was the best part of the apartment. It is in a quiet residential area with bus stops nearby, and it was easy to get toward the coast, beach and other parts of Saint-Malo. There was also a beautiful rose garden steps away from the apartment. I also appreciated the thoughtful welcome gift and the nice welcome tour from the person managing the apartment.
The apartment itself was very basic and, for me, worked more as a place to sleep than somewhere I particularly enjoyed spending time. The bed was uncomfortable, and the TV was not a smart one, which was disappointing for a longer stay.
The kitchen is fairly limited if you plan to cook regularly. There isn’t a traditional oven, only a microwave/combi-style appliance and stovetop, and the refrigerator is very small.
The Wi-Fi is not fiber-optic and was occasionally unreliable. The owner was responsive and did have someone come out to replace the box, which I appreciated.
Ventilation was another significant issue. There is no fan or exhaust in either the kitchen or the bathroom, so you need to open the windows or balcony door when cooking. There also seemed to be neighbors nearby who smoke, and cigarette smoke frequently came into the apartment through the open windows or balcony door, which meant the apartment often smelled like smoke.
