Shameful stay

Tami was excellent and very accomodating , even assisted in printing our travel documents , she was the only redeemable feature for our stay.

Whilst on our way at 19.30 to the booked apartment having messaged the site from 11am we were informed that the studio was flooded due to other guests. They informed us so late considering i kept asking for updates on check in information that it left ius with very little options to stay. They wanted to charge us more to put us in another studio which was their own fault already, this was dealt with very unprofesionally. The building that was their only option was like a construction site with building works beginning at 6am then throughout the day and night leaving very little opportunity to sleep. Considering we were the first to ever use this studio the floor was filthy and the facilities were non exsistant. We were the only people on this floor, just above the reception. The key code was so noisy that everytime someone enterred we would hear this. The key code was also unneccasary as the side door for the fire exit was always open to the building was never properly secure or safe. The pool which had been cleaned on the day of our arrival was filthy as well abd clearly unfinished . I really do expect my money back on this stay . It was an absolute disgrace leaving my partner and myself to feel like dogs in a kennel. Would advise everyone to avoid this site and their over sites due to the way they could not handle their mistake in a professional manner and simply dumped us in accomodation we had not booked or wanted yet tried to charge us more for a far inferior property,, shameful. It felt like a scam and was probably their plan to dump us in this bomb site all along. I do expect to hear about a refund either through booking.com or the site itself to resolve this matter. Best sleep i had was in the taxi leaving this studio , it cannot be called a hotel as building work have not been finished. Uninhabitable.

Fair with the price, have kitchen and simple things you need to stay over month in a small space, but make sure you brin

Good location, chill vibe, not too busy as other side of West Lake. Close to many foodstore in Lac Long Quan Street, have convenient store and near Lotte Mall West Lake.

Not clean. The pillows and blankets have many black dots, bathroom has bad smell, there were many ants on the bed that bited me at night. I lost my sleep due to the little ants.
