The home features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. Inside you’ll find a bright, open layout with modern finishes, LVP floors, and a welcoming living space designed for relaxing after a day exploring Auburn.
The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large island—perfect for cooking meals or gathering with friends and family. The open living and dining areas provide plenty of room to unwind, watch TV, or enjoy a meal together.
Step outside to enjoy the private fenced backyard and patio, ideal for morning coffee, grilling, or relaxing after a game day.

**HOUSE RULES**
NO PETS AND NO SMOKING! If evidence of either is found, a $1000 fine will be charged to you.
Exterior cameras may be in use.
Quiet hours are 10PM - 8AM.
All trash must be bagged and disposed of in garbage cans outside.
No renters under the age of 25.
Occupancy must not exceed the number of people allowed unless approved by management.
All doors and windows must be locked upon departure.
Place covers on the outdoor furniture when not In use.
Clean the grills after each use and place cover back on.
