Welcome to your vacation home in Orlando, located at Solterra Resort. With 6 bedrooms and accommodations for up to 14 guests, this property is designed for families and groups looking to combine exciting days at the theme parks with comfort, privacy, and relaxing moments at home.
One of the home’s main highlights is the private screened outdoor area, featuring a pool and spa with no rear neighbors, providing additional privacy while you relax and enjoy your vacation. The southwest-facing pool measures 12 x 24 feet and is approximately 3 feet deep at one end and 6 feet deep at the other. The outdoor space also features a covered lanai and outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying Florida’s beautiful weather.
Inside, the home features central air conditioning, a spacious family room with a flat-screen TV, cable TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and TVs in every bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home, while the private washer and dryer provide added convenience, especially for longer stays.
Fresh bed linens and towels are provided according to the property’s maximum occupancy. The home also includes a complimentary Pack 'n Play, hair dryers, an iron, and an ironing board.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will go directly to the property and enter using an electronic door code. Arrival instructions and the access code will be sent approximately 2 days before check-in to the email address registered with the reservation. There is no need to pick up a physical key.
Approximately 2–3 complimentary reserved parking spaces are available in front of the home.

The property is approximately 10 miles from Disney, 15 miles from SeaWorld, 18 miles from the Convention Center, and 20 miles from Universal. Shopping, dining, entertainment, and everything else you may need during your vacation are also conveniently located nearby.
EXTRA SERVICES
Optional services must be requested at least 48 hours in advance, when applicable.
Pool Heating: US$35 per day, with a minimum purchase of 2 consecutive days. The maximum temperature is 95°F, approximately 35°C. Because the system uses heat-exchange technology, heating performance depends on outdoor weather conditions. No refunds will be issued if cold weather prevents the pool from reaching the desired temperature.
BBQ Grill Rental: US$60 + 13.5% tax per stay. Guests are responsible for replacing/refilling the propane tank. The fee covers final cleaning and normal wear and tear of the equipment.
Pets are welcome! A pet fee of US$135 per pet, per stay applies (this is a one-time fee for the entire stay, not a nightly fee). A maximum of 2 pets, weighing up to 35 lbs each, is allowed.
Mid-Stay Cleaning: Available upon request for an additional fee.
