Family-friendly: A Pack 'n Play, children's books, and dinnerware are provided for your convenience. We also have several card games and board games.

-Fully-stocked Beach Closet + Beach Towels: We've got all your beach needs covered, so no need to lug it all with you. Beach umbrellas, beach chairs for kids and adults, sand toys, towels (4-6), etc.
- Fully-equipped kitchen: Classic spacious kitchen has all you need to enjoy eating-in. All your cooking necessities plus extras - Keurig, coffee maker, mugs, blender, cooking pots/pans, cookie sheets, muffin pan, cooking utensils, etc.
- Fitness Room: recently updated equipment for cardio and free weights
- Washer/Dryer: No need to find a place for laundry - this has a full-size washer and dryer, with a starter kit detergent for one load.

🏖️ Guests have access to a heated atrium pool, outdoor pool with loungers, grill, hot tub and a sauna, plus beach conveniences including chairs, umbrellas, and floats.

✅ Condominium requires $50 parking pass per car upon arrival (credit or debit card preferred). Up to 2 cars per group allowed.
2-car max is very strict March-Sept!

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit. We know security deposits are annoying, so to make it easier on you we have 2 options that you can choose between:

Option 1: Damage Waiver ($59) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $1500 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$2/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company.

Option 2: Security Deposit - Refundable temporary $1000 hold that releases after your stay.

✅ To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it's a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Miscellaneous Helpful Tips!
MAX 8 guests (including all babies, children, etc.). This is fire marshal code, so even if you have 2 condos booked, only 8 people can be in any one condo at a time.
$50 per car parking pass required (up to 2 cars in high season only - please request if you need additional parking suggestions)
No pets or events
Smoking, vaping and e-cigarettes can only be used in designated outside areas (excluding balcony) - cannot be used anywhere indoors.
