Custom-fit blackout curtains complete the experience, giving you full control over light for a truly restful sleep.



Natural light flows in through the window, offering a view of surrounding historic architecture and the texture of downtown Halifax just outside your door—grounding you in the city while maintaining a sense of privacy.

As for parking, there is a paid parking garage right across from the building. It costs $10 CAD from 6 PM to 6 AM.❗️

Other Things to Note:

Please note that renovation and construction works are ongoing in the building's common areas, which may cause some dust and minor inconveniences.

However, the apartment itself is spotless and fully equipped for your stay.



This premium downtown location comes with convenient parking options: a garage (PAID) is located directly across the entrance, with free street parking available at night. The building is newly renovated, combining modern conveniences with an unbeatable city-center location.



There is NO designated parking.

Please, note: the apartment is located on the 4th floor, there is an elevator.
