This beautiful apartment overlooks South Washington where all the large events happen in Royal Oak. Parades? Sit down, grab a blanket and watch them front row from your balcony! Also, the famous Arts Beats and Eats happens right outside too! Brunch? Head down in the morning to Royal Eats which is right below the apartment! With being literally downtown that does come along with noise. Each room is provided with a white noise machine at the window that helps drown out that problem. The apartment also comes with two free parking spaces so no worries on paid parking.

This is an excellent spot in downtown Royal Oak. It is spacious and has a great patio overlooking Washington St. with lots to do within walking distance. Also don’t miss out on eating in the diner that’s directly downstairs.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Location was perfect for visiting different parts of the Detroit Metro area being close to both I-75 and Woodward Ave. The unit itself is super cute and has a nice urban flair. We enjoyed a GREAT breakfast in the diner across the street. We wished we had more time to explore downtown Royal Oak as there were a lot of cute shops and restaurants in walking distance.There were a few issues checking in that appeared to be be faults in the Vrbo system. Kayla was helpful and responsive in working those issues through. We would love to come back sometime.

The hosts were very friendly and responsive. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the location is so close to eating establishments and shopping that you can walk.It was also located a short drive from everywhere we needed to be. Thank you!
