• Main-Level Bedroom w/ Queen Bed: Private suite with a sitting area and double doors that open directly onto the deck. Please note that there are two interior steps down from the main living area into this bedroom. An adjacent half bath is located on the main living level.

Manzanita is a small, walkable beach town, so you can leave the car behind once you arrive! The beach, shops, & restaurants are all within a 2-min walk or a quick bike ride. For nearby adventures, scenic drives along Highway 101 connect you easily to Cannon Beach, Nehalem Bay & Oswald West State Park.

SMOKING: This property is 100% smoke-free. Absolutely no smoking is allowed in the house. In case of smoking in the house, there will be an additional non-refundable fee of $500.00 USD (Five Hundred U.S Dollars).

PARTIES: Absolutely any kind of party is NOT ALLOWED inside the property. If the guest has a party, an additional non-refundable fee of $500.00 USD (Five Hundred U.S Dollars). This is also grounds for immediate eviction without refund.

Important Booking Requirements:
For added protection and to avoid large security deposits, we partner with Truvi, a secure third-party platform that completes a quick verification and damage waiver for each reservation. You’ll receive a link from Truvi after booking. This step takes about 2 minutes and is required to finalize your stay. Your information is encrypted and never shared with us. Please note that this is mandatory for all guests. Should you have any questions about this, please send us a message prior to booking.

All guests are required to complete and sign our rental agreement prior to check-in. Check-in instructions, including the property address and door code, will only be released after the rental agreement has been fully signed.
