Welcome to our waterfront home in Pompano Beach. If you are planning a fall fishing trip, bringing your boat down for the weekend, or gathering the family to escape the colder winter weather, this house is fully set up to make traveling easy.

The backyard sits right on a wide canal with a private 40-foot deep-water dock, an 88-degree heated screened pool, and a custom tiki hut. You can fish right off the dock, take our complimentary kayaks out on the water, or just sit outside with your morning coffee and watch the boats pass by.

We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood, but you are only about 5 minutes from the beach, the Fisher Family Pier, and great local restaurants.

* Heated Pool: The pool is completely screened-in to keep bugs out and is maintained at a warm 88 degrees year-round. We also keep it stocked with pool toys.
* Tiki Hut: A great shaded spot right on the water for outdoor dinners, drinks at sunset, or family game nights.
* Bikes and Kayaks: We provide adult bicycles and kayaks for you to use throughout your stay to explore the local canals and neighborhood.

* Check-In: Simple self-check-in with a smart lock code.

* Safety Waiver: Because we provide kayaks and have an open dock, we do require a quick 1-minute digital water safety waiver before you arrive.

* Security: For your peace of mind, we have exterior security cameras monitoring the front entrance and the dock area only.

* Dogs: Small, well-behaved dogs are welcome with a 100 dollar pet fee.
