Panoramic ocean-view coastal home tucked into the peaceful forest in beautiful Shirley. This net-zero solar powered retreat features expansive windows, warm wood finishes, and a bright, thoughtfully designed interior that connects you to the surrounding nature. Soak in the private hot tub and enjoy quiet nights under the stars. Minutes to beaches, 5 min to Sheringham Point Lighthouse, 15 min to world-class surf, 2 min to Stoked Pizza & Shirley Delicious, and 20 min to Sooke.

Please note Shirley is a growing community and you may hear construction noise in the neighbourhood during work hours.

Solar power means you will still have limited power during outages but never a shortage of power as we are also tied to the grid.
