Enjoy ocean views and salty breezes from two covered decks, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Inside, the home offers a warm, comfortable atmosphere designed for easy living and making memories. Whether you're spending your days on the sand or unwinding with family and friends, this welcoming beach house is the perfect place to relax and recharge—and dogs are welcome too, so your whole family can enjoy the stay.

Your beach rental is located approximately 4.9 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge in North Topsail Beach. You will love the peace and quiet here! Head to Surf City or Sneads Ferry (mainland) to restaurants, shops, and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

Smoke Free - No smoking allowed by anyone on the premises
Pet Friendly - Only Dogs Allowed. Maximum number of dogs is 2. If you are not bringing a pet, contact Ward Realty to remove the pet fee(s).
Maximum Occupancy: 8
Public Beach Access is located at the foot of 18th Ave.
Outside Beach Butler is NOT available for guest use
