Nice property and host. The security team on the propert was less desirable. You were treated like if they were Ice agents. I’m 68 (white) was on a bike trial with a bike and a security guard drives his truck next to me and says “I heard you don’t live on this property” I said no I’m renting. He demanded the address. Next day while walking in the parking lot going to the walking trial and security guard yell “ get on the path” what the heck we were walking towards the path. It will probably makes us not return to the Shipyard property. The security gate was 50-50 but never a smile from that whole department. If they are contractors they need a come to Jesus meeting.

Entry porch was not inviting and dusty. Other than that, the house was great. Bathrooms were updated, clean, small but adequate. We were 4 friends who came to play bridge and enjoy the excellent restaurants on Hilton Head. Thoroughly enjoyed the house and plan to make it an annual event.

We were on a trip to research properties for investment. We kept comparing our options to the home we were renting and it was a tough bar to overcome! This location, size and quality of finishings were top notch. We walked to the beach in just a few minutes and had very easy access to shopping and restaurants
