This newly renovated 3,700+ sq. ft. ranch house features 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, comfortable accommodations for groups and families, and private access to hundreds of acres of prairie, badlands, native grasslands, wildflowers, wildlife, and breathtaking scenery.
Whether you're planning a family getaway, group retreat, outdoor adventure, reunion, celebration, or wedding, this property gives you the space and amenities to make your stay unforgettable.
The Ranch House
Step inside, kick off your boots, and hang your hat on the unique custom coat rack. From the moment you arrive, the house feels welcoming, comfortable, and distinctly western.
The spacious kitchen and dining area is the heart of the home. The fully equipped modern kitchen has everything you'll need, including a live-edge island with seating for four and a beverage fridge. The dining room features another beautiful live-edge eating bar with seating for six, plus a dining table that can accommodate up to eight additional guests.
A highchair is provided for little guests, and French doors lead from the dining area onto the deck—perfect for stepping outside for some fresh country air.
The kitchen and dining area open into a luxurious living room featuring two oversized sofas and two comfortable armchairs. On cooler evenings, flip on the custom gas fireplace and settle into the built-in benches with cozy pillows and blankets.

A second full bathroom upstairs includes a beautiful soaker tub and spacious vanity.

The lower level offers three oversized bedrooms with beautiful views:
Two bedrooms with queen beds, large closets, and plenty of room for luggage and gear
One bedroom with two queen beds
Two pack 'n plays are available for families traveling with young children
The lower-level bathroom features double sinks and a spacious shower—perfect for groups getting ready for the day.
The Ultimate Hangout Space
The lower level was designed for fun and relaxation.
A small bar separates two fantastic gathering areas. Challenge your friends to foosball or air hockey, then settle into the enormous sectional in the second lounge and enjoy the large Smart TV.
Prefer something a little more old-school? Gather around the games table for cards or a board game while warming up beside the electric fireplace.
With games, books, toys, and puzzles available, there is plenty to keep everyone entertained—whether you're traveling with kids, friends, or multiple generations.

Enjoy the custom landscape while grilling dinner on the large gas BBQ, which can handle meals for 10 guests—or up to 20 if you're feeling generous!
Gather around the outdoor firepits for s'mores and hot dogs using the provided roasting sticks. Firewood will be provided to help get you started.

Traveling with additional guests—or bringing your home on wheels?
There is room for up to 10 RVs, although there are no RV hookups. A spotless outdoor washroom is also available.
The rustic outdoor event center can accommodate up to 80 guests, making the ranch an ideal setting for gatherings, celebrations, retreats, and special events.

Our group of 25 enjoyed a wonderful 3 days on this property as we celebrated our parents. We hosted a small open house in the event centre. I cannot say enough good things about this lovely space and Kathy, who is a wonderful host. The house was immaculate, had everything we needed and was a delightfully relaxing space. The decor was beautifully chosen and the beds were comfortable. We appreciate the ample towels, dishes and all of the small details. We enjoyed horseshoes, disc golf and a great campfire every night. The Event Center was all set up and worked really well for our Open House and to host our group meals in the evening. Kathy answered everyone of my questions and went out of her way to ensure we had a memorable weekend. I would highly recommend her vacation home.

The Badlands Ranch House was perfect for our group of 12. We had absolutely everything we needed. There is lots to do, and the Tipi was amazing. The yard is impeccable. The house is so clean and bedrooms were very comfortable. The host was so helpful in everyway. We will be back.

Property worked great for our family gathering of 15. We had everything we needed and more. There’s lots of room to spread out outside, including the tipi! Kathy was great to communicate with and clearly takes pride in her place. When we needed an axe, one was dropped off with some additional wood. We did a day trip to the Stettler train, which was a nice excursion. Thanks for everything Kathy!
