This 3-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Los Angeles. Inside, guests find 2 queen beds, 1 king bed, 2 sofa spots, 2 single futons, and a pack and play crib, offering plenty of sleeping options. The home features 3 bathrooms, each with a shower and a hair dryer for convenience. A cool living room with XL sofa provides extra space to relax or gather with friends. With heating and AC, the environment stays comfortable no matter the season. This tremendous house invites guests to enjoy a truly enjoyable stay. 1. No additional guests not mentioned in the reservation. Unaccounted guests will be charged $50 per person per night.
2. No parties, loud noise or music (at any hour). Guests having a party will be charged a $1000 fine and removed from the property with no refund.
3. Absolutely no smoking/vaping anywhere else besides outside. Please keep doors shut, whether near or far from the house, at all times.
4. All TV and/or AC remotes must be stowed in respective remote holders. Any missing TV remote will incur a $250 fine per remote.
5. The owner and host are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses arising out of, or in connection with the guests’ use/ occupancy of the premises.
