The cottage offers accommodation all over the ground floor, and offers three bedrooms comprising one double with en-suite, one twin with en-suite and one room with adult bunks. The cottage sleeps six people in total. There is also a shower room with shower, basin and WC. The living accommodation features a fitted kitchen with dining area, and a sitting room with electric fire. Outside, there is a shared lawned garden to the front of the cottage and a courtyard to the rear. Off road parking is available for three cars. Courtyard Cottage makes a lovely base for a family or group of friends looking to discover the Angus region of Scotland.

Owners welcoming and did their best to make sure everything was perfect. Accommodation was clean and well appointed so that everything you needed had been provided. Tranquil setting. Lots of room for parking and table and chairs outside for al fresco eating. Roomy accommodation. Separate living room so TV or children could be separate. 2 en suites and a separate bathroom so every bedroom was catered for.
